It varies according to the company. You fail to mention what company you are asking about.

Look up the company’s website to view their return policy. Most places allow returns within 30 days. It’s not like you can use office furniture for a few months or a couple years and then expect to be able to return it.

Many companies will also charge a ‘restocking fee’, meaning that you will only get 80% or 85% of your money back.

    every store has their own policy
    if it was special ordered – forget it – it’s your to keep

    and anything bought off the floor, you will probably have to pay a restocking fee at best and pay delivery charges back to teh store and you won;t get your original delivery charges refunded either
